He hasn't read SB 1070

Despite repeatedly voicing concerns about Arizona's new immigration enforcement law in recent weeks and threatening to challenge it, Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday he has not yet read the law -- which is only 10 pages long.

"I have not had a chance to -- I've glanced at it," Holder said at a House Judiciary Committee hearing when asked had he read the state law cracking down on illegal immigrants.


This is on Fox news, of course its not on Communist News Network or BSnbc. The more I hear about the Obamanation administration the more I realize this is a boon for the Republican party, the Democrats are gonna lose their ***** like the Republicans did a few years ago.

Holder doesn't need to read anything - he only has to do what 'The ONE' tells him to do ... 'justice' to Holder is just another word for 'nothing left to lose' ...

I really didn't want the republicans back in power until they got rid of the big government spenders that ran amuck under Bush. But after a year and a half of obamanation something has to change.. It's obvious he is in way over his head..

actually he is pretty pathetic. it took a year to pass a watered down healthcare bill with 60 votes in the senate and a 40 something seat majority in the house..

the difference will be that with some checks and balances he won't get anything through congress and in 2013 he will be just a bad memory like Jimmy Carter..

I'm really not a fan of either party I just happen to have absolute contempt for liberals, so if the Republicans take over as far as I'm concerned it will be for the better. I just HOPE the Republicans have someone to vote FOR rather than using that person to vote AGAINST obummer.

This whole fiasco is truly amazing to watch.It is federal law that you can not come into this country illegally.Yet you have federal officials that are acting like they are the law.I believe there should be some legal action taken to fire these people.I don't know what kind of a society we live in when our elected officials don't enforce the laws and give praise to those who do break the laws.I can't even imagine how the victims of violent crimes done by illegal's feel about this.It would be like a police officer saying "You deserved to be assaulted because I want open borders".

A San Francisco woman whose husband and two sons were gunned down last month — allegedly by an illegal immigrant who remained in the city despite previous crimes — is demanding the city do something about its sanctuary law.

Danielle Bologna was widowed on June 22 when Edwin Ramos, 21, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, allegedly gunned down her husband, Anthony, and two sons, Matthew and Michael, in a road rage incident when her family was returning from a picnic.

Ramos has been charged with three counts of murder in the case, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

"It was a senseless crime, and had they done something this animal would not have taken my family," Bologna told FOX News on Monday. "I feel that the government should have stepped in. I feel that they allow these immigrants to come in and how dare they strip our families like this."

The Chronicle reported that Ramos was convicted of two gang-related felonies while a juvenile and remained in San Francisco because the Juvenile Probation Department did not alert federal authorities. San Francisco's 1989 "City of Refuge" ordinance prohibits city agencies from contacting the feds on immigration matters.

The newspaper also found that federal officials knew about Ramos' immigration status in March when he was arrested on a gun charge, though they couldn't tell the Chronicle why they didn't put an immigration hold on Ramos.

Bologna blames the city.

"It should have been resolved at the beginning, when this guy had done more than one crime in the city," she told FOX News. "I want justice. I want the people to see: If my family wasn’t safe, what makes you think yours will be?"

when I see some hardcore leftist spouting off about social justice wealth redistribution and collectivism I can't help but think about those bug lights you hang on your porch.. There is 20 insects flying around staring at that pretty blue light and one after another they get zapped.. I think the feds should be REQUIRED to impose economic sanctions against states that allow sancutary cities. I also believe that ICE should also be REQUIRED to check peoples ID at rallies and school walk outs.
