NOPE!

it's a lifetime chemical/drug free freedom from pollen allergies.

I personally blame the modern, permissive society that encourages those darn sexy trees to do it in public every damn day.
I like that local honey idea, I haven't heard of it before (that I can recall..friends give me great advice all the time, but I'm a mite thick).
One other thing that helps me a bunch, is the availability of single-function, generic pharmaceuticals. Specifically, instead of swallowing an allergy pill that knocks me down, I carry eye drops that have allergy medicine in them, and take generic chest-congestion tablets as needed. It works better for me than the clariten kind of stuff, especially the eye drops, which shut down the itching right quick.
