Needs a better recording environment, or needs to be equalized after recording in a sound editing program. More difficult to equalize after the fact though. I like it, and that is saying a lot because it is hard for me to really like acoustic...personal preference and all that. This song reminds me of Aaron Lewis (Staind), in particular his acoustic performance of 'It's Been Awhile.' However, melodically far different, just noting another acoustic song I liked of the very few and one that came to mind while listening to the front-end of this song. Nice job, can be even better if the recording environment was changed.

The vocals squelched in spots from what I heard, which could be fixed with proper sound editing...would just have to lower the decibals until it sounded proper. The guitar hit some squeeky points throughout the song, again would probably have to just edit the decibals...but it would be trickier because you don't want to edit the entire sound from the guitar, same with vocals. Better recording environment would be my suggestion if you really want to hit it perfectly.

im not worried about being perfect... i dont mind flubs here and there... it was the first time i have ever recorded anything so i think for the most part it came out pretty good.... i'll get more familiar with how far away to put the mics from guitar and my face...i can fix some of the issues..etc etc..work in progress im amazed it came out that good because i barely know how to use my equipment yet.......lol...

Wow! Really nice. In the beginning...your voice sounds too far away, as if you're in another room- Then it came together. You have a beautiful voice and nice fingerwork on the strings. The verses are real strong but (uh oh- for me only) would rearrange them for a little easier flow- thats the only! constructive word I have. Nothing negative...such a nice song...tuesdays always bring those kind of feelings, don't they?
