When I came home from all the years in Europe, there were 1000s!!! I sat down and cried when I saw that in the phone book ...  ... It was like a needle in a haystack to get a good one!
Sorry for the vent, just grrrsss me ... 
... I taught it, few have 'the touch'! So, try to get a referral ... there is prolly even an online opinion/referral bank in your area ... So many of 'em are CRAP! End rant ...  ... Just want the best for ya ...
