There is no excuse. Not the OP's fault. Girl ought to be able
to go to a bar and have some fun without having guys rudely proposition
her. Going out can be a crap shoot but you shouldn't have to step in

oh i know. i agree that the bar can be a difficult place to meet
quality people. some bars are havens for the chronically inebriated
and sexually underserved.



but most bars clientele is just a random cross section of society
and should not be any more or less rude than that - and the op
has a right to expect decent even polite behavior from everyone...

I am biased toward drunks, I admit. I never expect much from them...

This is actually a simple evolutionary thing all women want a nice sweet romantic guy when they think about it. Not a single woman is actually attracted to them. Ur mind says u want one thing and ur body wants an ******* a guy you could easily imagine beating another guy dead with a rock to the temple. Men biologically want to mate with as many women as possible women biologically want to posses a man for protection procreation and safety of their offspring. Call it jaded but looks only get u so far i've done it both ways being sweet gets u blown off ignoring a woman flirting with other women in front of her not calling her will get u taken home. Mind u the spell wears off in short order and women realize they did it again and started dating a jackass.

hmmmmmm, you go to a bar with a friend, you meet up with 2 guys - all four of you are drinking.. you invite them to go with you to another bar, to continue drinking... (ignoring the fact that you are drinking and driving)... only, once you leave the bar you realize they are ******** and kick at least one of them to the curb...

perhaps you need to review your decision making process...

1. drinking and driving
2. inviting complete (perhaps inebreated) strangers into your car
3. leading them on by suggesting you get in the car to go to another bar

1. bad decision - call a cab for yourself
2. bad decision - suggest they follow you next time (or take a cab if you/they have been drinking)
3. bad decision - why even go there

The only good decision you made was to tell them to get out of the car...

To me, you made a series of bad judgements that could have been very unsafe for you...

Sounds like he dissed ya. At first you were like just one of the guys but then this one guy became aware you weren't just one of the guys. It was like you were just a piece of meat. You could at this point been just like any woman; He didn't care. I am sorry you had to endure this. Yeah, I can agree you can't really expect much from a drunk. Lack of MANNERS & lack of CLASS, have become the standard/norm.

I see it EVERYDAY, no pride in personal appearance, no pride in actions, shock affect is the norm.

I realize I am one of the older people on this site. I do think many of the old ways, that seem to have disappeared, should be the STANDARD, NNOT the exception.

Treating people with manners & decency IS PRIMARY.
Dressing with pride of yourself, doesn't take lots of money, just common sense.
Using manners in EVERYTHING you do, should be the standard.

The male person that conducted himself, as this one did, NEEDS to be taught some MANNERS & RESPECT for "LADIES". Trip to the barn is called for. He should have had one years ago.
