you should try all organic cereal, completely healthy But still all carbs, I get my nutrition from healthy low carb, vitamin and mineral rich foods. Can't afford to eat empty carbs even if they are organic. Not that I don't enjoy a few onion rings now and then. LOL I pick my battles with food and cereal is a hands down loser! |

Why is folks always dissin me lucky charms?

If you could buy the little marshmallows from lucky charms in small candy bags I would buy them for a candy snack. Just not that often, they are soooo sweet they would last a long time. But for a cereal to eat I love frosted shredded wheat.
