shocked that action tells me he is not devoted at all but a bit touched (in the head)

but this is only my opinion as it is your's to believe he is showing devotion flowerforyou

As for the countries that mutilate as a form of punishment, are you comparing punishment with devotion?

more like comparing prevention with prevention

mutilation is not prevention (jmo)

to follow your comparison I'd go a step further, mutilate everyone (preventing anyone/everyone) from doing wrong shocked

Id only go so far as applying it to those who have SHOWN the capacity to be thieves. For those who have yet to offend,,such a step doesnt seem necessary as they are showing they can restrain themself without assistance.

Seriously though, I wouldnt have the strength to mutiliate or be mutilated by anyone, but I certainly respect and understand the usefulness of it. A great and provable deterrent to repeating bad behavior, at the very least.

It's been shown, that even when castrated and with men you have ED that the will is still there...that is why you here of cases where a rapist raped a girl with a broom/tennis rackt and multiple other things. If you are desiring it in your head....mutilating yourself is not going to get rid of that desire...so even if he can't get it up...would oral count as cheating? if he realizes this is he going to cut out his tongue? what about cutting off his fingers?

Sick and twisted.

hmm...honestly, it kinda seems like he's taking the cowardly way out of it.

Cause if he was really strong, he'd resist the temptation no matter how strong it may be.

Well...who's to say what's goin' on with this dude? Maybe he's just super religeous or something. He'd rather sacrifice his balls than cheat on his wife.

He could, and probably still will cheat on his wife.

I think he's one sick puppy but thats just my opinion.

We all have the capability and ability to do wrong.

I admire him for his convictions and living what he believes and holds true.

Well, he wont be having sex with anyone else,,thats for certain, wont be making kids, wont be catching disease,,,saved himself and others alot of potential heartache,, I just hope the wife was actually in a permanent state of disinterest in sex, cause I dont think there is any going back for the two of them.

true, but rare(about ten percent remain potent). I just hope he doesnt turn into a she on his wife,,,and I hope they find other ways to bond with his desire gone.

It's his body and his choice. None of us are really in a position to criticize his choice, as we don't have his exact values and priorities, nor have we suffered with his exact biochemistry.

For all we know, he may have been subject by hormonally mediated urges beyond anything the rest of us can understand; and now, finally, he is free from this.
