I consider myself good looking, talented, and a good catch. Being shy is my biggest obstacle in finding a partner IMO

How many consider themselves shy? I can be shy, it seems to work me at times. I don't understand how though. I can also be rserved, which is comonly mistaken for shyness. Sometimes I'll intentionally give people the wrong signals, just to throw them off a bit.

I used to be very shy. Then I realized that if someone didn't care for who I was... I was no worse off for knowing that! Still, it's easy to get that shy feeling if you find someone attractive.

I have oddly shy moments. The rest of the time my personality is kind of "Look at Me, Larger than Life". This actually tends to scare people off. But I get really nervous about meeting new people, not just ones I find attractive. I'm never really sure how to jump into meeting some randomly. I always end up thinking, "If some random person started trying to chat me up, I'd look at them like they were crazy." So I tend to expect that would happen to me.

depends on the person i'm talking to. If I think she is aboslutely beautiful i'm a bit shy worried i might sound like an idiot lol. If she is a beautiful woman not all to much, but still quite shy at moments

im quite shy too at first but when i meet ppl out in a club i get quite out going and bubbly

Welcome to the forums. Under 30's is... slow, but steady. I'm shy as hell. Luckily, I have a very imposing energy and I'm quick-witted. Otherwise, I'd be screwed.
