For dinner?? I'm trying to cope with a sore throat right now, so I 'cheated', I just had Chocolate Ice cream with nuts on top!!

Got a roast in and we'll have veggies and salad. I inadvertently dumped 1/2 bottle of garlic powder on top of the roast and had to fish it out...it's going to be one of "those" days..... Oh, I forgot...I promised to make the kiddo some cornbread too.
