Yeah.. I have to get back to my slamming self... Cooking, cleaning all the time... I miss it.. Need to take a few new classes as well.. I tried to look for a kickboxing class yesterday, I decided I'd cut my nails off for a short time while I take the classes... I have to check out a couple of places...

Me too.Planned on hittin my fitness center right next to me and down the stairs but between last wk and this wk, no can do. I need to take that friggin photo class I wanted to take.Probably next month on that one. Heating pad on and lets hope it helps !!!!!!!!!!! I thought about karate etc,, but my bones feel sooo old ... Think Ill work out then see how it goes and do soemthign like that too. |

When we were kids, parents enrolled 3 of my 4 brothers and my sister in karate.
My sister went on into tournaments and won about 30 trophies.I forgot what belt she made it too tho.Other dropped it after about a yr maybe. Parents left me out cause I was younger.Although now that I think of it, I wish they didnt. They sheltered me from alot. |

I had my youngest in Tai kwon do but he didn't want to do it again.. I was thinking I'd see if he wanted to go to kickboxing with me..

I had my youngest in Tai kwon do but he didn't want to do it again.. I was thinking I'd see if he wanted to go to kickboxing with me.. Kickboxing actually sounds pretty good. Hmmm,might look into that as well. Good to keep in shape and stay in shape. 
Ive already had my first Dexa scan last yr, bones are still in tact

Easier for me cause I work for radiology center.You get reminded of these things constantly and it free for us to do whatever scan we need to do.
Im sure there are, I know theres tons of places here. Sab's got Leo in karate, an hr every Friday night he goes.He loves it. I wanna hit the gym for a byt before joining a class tho.Think itll help get ahead a little byt.I dont wanna feel like a Tard ya know

Yeah, I planned on starting first of yr but then the last two weeks have kicked my azz and then some.
I know once I do, Ill fell better mentally and physically, inside and out. Itll help me get some anger out that I know is lurkin a lyl byt inside.Not much,but some sittin there just awaiting......... |

I shouldve started right after, but had too many thoughts goign thru my head it was such a disaster. But now Im much clearer on things. I know itll help me tremendously. I cant wait to get over this and get in there !!! |
