Yeah..flares up during stressful times...couple times a year I get good bout of it. Lost 4 inches of my waist...I wish I would have lost 4 inches off my butt though. Yep, digging the new pic Jeff..

Sticking with liquid nutrients for a day or 2...I'm not a big eater anyway so I'll slowly work back up to food. Just keeping anything in me is good right now. It's too cold to lose weight right now.. Sounds like everybody is getting slammed right now with snow. Ours is almost gone..maybe an inch left, been sunny here as of late, melting it all. |

My day is going pretty good. It's almost half over. We had 3 inches but it is all gone. Having a nice week. Sunny and in the 40's. Not bad for Feb.
