For me, the problem is that no one seems to be seriously (or otherwise) interested in the kind of relationship I'm seeking. It's difficult when everyone is looking for the opposite of what you'd like to find. |

I started on Mingle knowing that I wouldn't find love here. Simply because 99% of you live a few time zones away from me. Also I was very sure that falling in love online is simply impossible.
Now I am not so sure anymore. Since a few weeks I am talking with a very charming lady 7 time zones away and I am wondering: Am I in the process of falling in love? And I am trying not to be concerned with the practical issues too much. |

The distance is exactly what is stopping me.  I can't leave my elderly mother in NC alone.I mean,she lives 30 miles from me alone(her choice)but I can get there pretty fast.There are interesting men on here,but they all live on the other side of the country.
