Don't worry about it. Just ignore them.

Have you spoken to your landlord? They can tell you for sure whether you share a vent system or not

I have called, she (neighbor) spoke to them, I think if it was shared, the landlord would've came to me? I called them myself, but no answer yet.

Sox, how far is this going? I read your other thread about this when you first posted it, but is this getting to your landlord and the landlord is putting pressure on you? Or is it just this neighbor that is turning the screws? If it's just her, just ignore her and don't speak to her.

It's just her so far, I called the landlords cell, but no answer so far!! I figured I'll go in to the office Monday and see for myself what he says, cuz the neighbor says she spoke to him, but he never came to me about it.

If IT WAS YOUR SMOKE....do YOU as a tenant there have a NO SMOKING WRTTEN CLAUSE in your contract with them??
Because if its NOT IN WRITING,,,its NOT a RULE,,,its like me knocking on my motel rooms neighbors door and saying HEY,,,I SMELL YOUR SMOKE....they would say,,,,SO WHAT IF YOU DO???

I'm a smoker, but I always try to be mindful of non smokers. On the other hand, there are some non smokers that just want to complain and some smokers that don't care.

I would deal with the landlord and let them handle it in whichever way they decide. I wouldn't deal with the woman any more
