I'm just going to go/or call Monday morning, and speak to the Landlord myself!! She only started complaining when winter started!! I've been in this apartment since June '09!!

I'm a smoker, but I always try to be mindful of non smokers. On the other hand, there are some non smokers that just want to complain and some smokers that don't care.

I would deal with the landlord and let them handle it in whichever way they decide. I wouldn't deal with the woman any more

was she there during the summer time too??? If so, then if you share the same vents then the AC would have used the same vents (I believe)

I know we don't 'share' vents, cuz we each pay seperate bills!! The apts have their own thermostats!!
