Topic: Why Do Men Ask Me This Alot? | |
---|---|
Have any other women on here noticed that men often ask what you are
doing this weekend only to tell you they are busy all weekend when you message back to ask if they would like to do something. Are men just nosey and want to see what you are doing? Or do they not realise how annoying it is since it implies they are interested in whether you are available for a date when they don't actually care. Should you ask a person this question on a dating site? Or is it too nosey unless you are looking to go out with them? Be interested to see what men and women think on this. Lmao @ times over this!! Sorry but it's true.................... |

I've gotten asked that it must mean that they really are just asking and
don't want to take me out |

Tant, I don't think that asking someone what they are doing this weekend
implies and interest in doing something with them. Maybe it implies an interest in knowing more about that person - what do they like to do? |

I,m guilty of this.
I ask to be nosy, I,m curious that way. |
|
|
|
Nope,I don't do that.If I ask what you are
doing this weekend.I'm asking for a date. |
|
|
|
Yeah, I'm curious. I ask all kinds of question. I don't mean to be
nosy. |

Maybe it depends on the circumstances... like if I've gone out with a
particular woman before, and she has indicated an interest in going out again, and the she asks me what I'm doing, sure I'm going to think maybe she's asking because she wants to go out again. But if I'm exchanging emails with someone from another city, and she asks what I'm doing, of course I would take that as interest in me and my activities, not a desire to spend time together that weekend. |

I dont think it is to be nosey..hehe
but it can be annoying @ times LOL. |

|
|
Yes. chris true I said men not all.
|

i dont ask --- but then i dont have anyone to ask --- and if i did ask
then it would be to see if she had plans and if not then maybe hit a park or movie -- or just go get a bite to eat -- but on a dating site would be atad difficult especially seen that i havent seen to many on here from my area -- and you all are regulars.... |

I think it depends. Are they asking in the hopes of
starting/continuing a conversation? OR Are they asking out the blue? If it is the 1st, then it is a polite question. If it is the latter, than they are jacka~~!!!!!@#*#!!!! I hope this answers your question. Please don't hit me w/ those boxing gloves |

First of all. It is kind of silly to be asking that questuion if you are
not in the area to consider a date. I think that you must understand that this is the internet and people are from all over the continent, some, like myself, live beyond the boundaries of the continental US. Next time, I would recommend that you check his/her profile for location information. You may find that the question is ridiculous... unless the person is trying to find out what you like when going out. Still, I beleive that it has been asked in an erroneous fashion to be misunderstood..... |
