What is the last compliment you received in real life? Do you think it was sincere? Yesterday: "You re looking great, toned up some, more definition and you have great skin color." Thanks to one of my buddies and his wife whom I have not seen since our camping trip last June. Iknow its sincere Ive knoiw them for 30 years, we hold nothing back.

I have many good people as friends, and feel that they are compliments because am honored to have them in my life. Plus at work when people are comforatble shows that all the hard work we all have worked for is a compliment.
