oh that's always fun... That's not the yankee exchange party right? I miss all the cooking and parties I used to have the energy for... Now it's work... LOL Yeah, that party is tonight.Same thing, diff name by everyone.LOL I dont mind it this time of year, like the energy it sends out. Mom just called me, brother went n got my neice this morning from Miami.Only staying til Weds though.But still, I get to see her here.

that's when raises/bonuses come out and supposedly my official "exec" title... I'm the only woman, it's been a rough ride... I know I've paid my dues so now it's time... I let him know.. We'll see if I've finally caught the carrot... If not then he no longer gets the majority of my time...

oh very nice Mys, happy for you! Im more than thrilled with this news. My spunky monkey means soooo much to me, as they all do.But she has it a little harder cause mom/dad dont get along. Shes wanted to see Samm and my cats for sooooooooooooooo long now. Now she finally can.Hopefully I can get her for a night. |

Oh I know.. As far as replacing me, that would be most difficult to do quickly, it'd take time... they are loyal to the employees and do not layoff/fire, etc unless absolutely necessary... Of course were I Indian/male I'd already have the title... I'm just going to be very matter of fact.. Giving everything is not worth the payout/respect therefore I refuse to do it any longer.. I don't mince words most normally so we'll see..
