Men, would you rather a woman ask you out, or the other way around? What makes you men tick?

I'm not shy, so it is easy for me to decide if I am interested enough to ask a girl out. Although it is flattering to have a woman take the chance and ask me out. Either way, if there is a vibe, I would hope one of us would bring up the possibility of a date.

You know. I am old school. And, I would much prefer the old telegraph method from way back in the days. Or she can morse code me. Crap on that whole texting thing. Pfffffft. I want her to prove how bad she wants me.

If I like a girl and/or vice versa, then I prefer that neither of us ask the other out.

I would have answered this question differently last month then this month.
I would have to say that who asks who out needs to be determined on an individual basis. I know many ladies out there are traditional and would not consider asking a man out as they may feel it makes them look desperate. The fact of the matter is it might make them look like they know what they want in the first place and are not afraid to go get it. Personally, I have never thought of myself as being shy either in fact usually I am quite opinionated and outspoken. However recently I met a woman that I was completely swept away by. I have a hard time even looking at her when I talk to her as it physically effects my breathing. Yet from a few feet away I cant take my eyes off her. In the past I would have just went to her and asked her out sometimes even more bluntly then I should have been. Now I find myself literally afraid that I might say the wrong thing and end up turning her off and losing the opportunity to be with her forever. In this circumstance if she were to ask me out I would no think twice about it and it would relieve me of the stress of doing it myself. Either way is fine he relationship needs to be based on far more then who asked who anyhow. |

I really dont care...I am traditional, but find it rather sexy to be asked out.

I swing both ways. I like em shy and demure. I like em forceful and aggressive. Too much of one or the other is a bit of a turn off though.

I could go either way, I suppose, ask or be asked.
As for your second question, I'm old, so to make ME tick, you have to wind me up. That, or sprinkle me liberally with radioactive waste. |

Men, would you rather a woman ask you out, or the other way around? What makes you men tick? Does it matter? Do it and the worse they can do is say no.... |

so many people talking about "going either way" it just doesn't sound right. i mean, c'mon, am i the only one who thinks it's weird to hear a guy say "well i go either way" or "i go both ways"? hahahahaha

I RARELY ask the woman out. 99% of the time if they don't approach me, it's not gonna happen.
