I moderate a poetry site, many people on that site couldn't believe how comfortable and "off the chain" they thought it was an internet identity, until we had a reunion of sorts and they realized I'm the same way in person as I am on the net except a tad more brutally honest in person, due to site restraints...lol...The first thing you'd notice about me is I'm an observer, I love nothing better than studying people......

I'd sit and watch yas all for quite a while, as usual. Occasionally I'd put my 2 cents in and go sit back down. Of course, I would draw all the spammers, like usual also...

Well since this is a social setting I would probably be a lot more layback than I am in the forums.
In the forums people are asking for opinions or advice and in a social setting I would not expect that to be the case. I have been a hostess for years so I would probably introduce people and get the conversation going and move on. More likely than not ending up in the kitchen or leaving early. Maybe, just maybe, setting in a corner talking with one person. |
