Isn't love the spice of life?

If so then does that make you the "love Chef"?

Does he have to wear a funny hat when "cooking?"

Shouldn't it be a big heart hat?

All things in moderation ... except BBQ.

I have never had Texas BBQ so how would I know? Do you have a charcoal or gas grill? |
|
|
|
Both, aren't somethings better on charcoal grills?

You light one side of the gas grill but not the other. The meat goes on the cool side. You put wood in a metal box like two old baking pans with just enough holes to let the smoke out. The wood box goes on the hot side. You then cook the meat with smoke and heat (indirect heat) and it works pretty well.
