We all have hopes, dream and desires. It is what gives us a reason to live and go on some times. Just knowing that there is something to thrive for. Something to try to achieve. Sometimes we achieve them and sometimes we don't. But they are still there to work towards.

What are your hopes, dreams and desires?

Have you achieved most, some or all of them?

10 years from now do you see those dreams coming true if you have not yet made them come true? whoa

Just to finish remodeling my house so at retirement age I can do one of the two.
1. have a nice home ready to retire in or..
2. at retirement I can sale it and be able to use the $$ to buy another home in Arizona and retire there.

And at this rate, it will take the whole 10 years!laugh

Have achieved some, missed others and many have changed over the years or developed as new dreams in the face of changing circumstances (aka "life".) Some that mattered then don't matter now. Some are left to strive for and some may never be reached - it's up to me to decide if it's worth the struggle, price, or trade-off that might be required.

We make our own reality to some degree...dreams and all.

I use to dream of having horses I was lucky enough to see that dream come true actually had them for 17 years and enjoyed them to the fullest. Even though I no longer have them the memories I will never forget.

Then another one of my dreams were to see my kids grow up and grand kids as well. Just wanted to know they were happy..... My kids are grown now and I have one granddaughter that is the light of my life......

Now my dream is when I do make it to retirement that I will have my house paid for (which it will be in less then 3 years) and fixed up the way I want it. As well as to have a nice vehicle paid for that way I can map me out different destinations and hit the road take my time and enjoy the scenery along the way....bigsmile

Me too, I think it is important to have goals that are attainable...like waking up tomorrow, with some people that is harder to do than many other things.
