Munchies. I am hungry for something but I can't think what I want and don't need to consume the house figureing it out. Any ideas???

if you have taco shells, cheese, beans and soar cream make your own nachos. if you dont have taco shells just use fritos
|

Yogurt and fruit. Any fruit you have on hand.

the kids and i grab granola bars sometimes for a snack, they can be yummy...

I never eat after 6pm but if I get the raging munchies anyway, I go for a bowl of Cheerios and skim milk.

Thing's that you will need:
4 1/2 cups of Rice Chex 1 10oz. bag of marshmallows 2 1/2 tbs. of canola oil 1/4 cup of brown sugar (optional) 1/2 tsp of cinnamon (optional) 13x9 pan lightly oiled (so nothing sticks) wax paper in a large sauce pan melt oil and marshmallows together put in the brown sugar and cinnamon as well (optional) once it is mixed and melted thoroughly pour over Rice Chex and coat evenly put it in the 13x9 pan and cover with wax paper, press firmly but be sure not too hard you don't want to smash it. I usually let it sit for at least 10 minutes then cut to desired sizes you could add sprinkles as well instead of using the rice chex switch over to cherios and instead of using reg brown suger use the diabetic brown suger and ciinnamon is fine |
