Unfortunately, lately it's been alcohol. I used to drink cuz' I wanted to but now I find I drink cuz' I have too. A sad state of affairs. I plan on quitting after the silly season passes. Been there and done that. NOT GOOD! But, you'll only quit if you really WANT to. Realizing you have a problem is a good start. You might want to even consider going to some AA meetings before it's too late! |
