Starting on 8/30 to 9/7 In attempted to chat with nine people who visited my pro vile.

From 9/7 to 9/15 I attempted to chat with ten people by opening her pro file page and if it’s there click on Instant Message button.
The User plane AV Web messenger page opens. I type in my message and double click the send button and wait for her to connect - Nothing happens

If somebody can tell me how, or tell me where to go to find out how to troubleshoot this problem it would be appreciated.

I exchanged several e-mails with Charles in May about this problem.

it could be either they don't know how to use the IM or don't want to, also. May not be a problem with your computer or program. I finally turned mine off a while back (after I learned how to turn it off)

sometimes when I im on this site it will kick me offline...not sure what is going on with it myself...

I'm not sure where we left off, jamesfortville, but I would make sure that you have the latest version of Flash for your machine. Of course, it could be something simple like the woman being logged into her account but being away from her machine at that moment.

Sounds good, jamesfortville. We don't have any problem with you coming here for help (in fact, that's why this forum is here), but I really don't know what to suggest.
