I'm wondering the same...I have a room to rent and I'm afraid to do the craiglist thing.... So far all I have gotten is scammers.

IF you set up the boundries of whether you're renting the house with priviledges OR just renting them a room...most college kids will either be studying in their room or partying with their friends...

There are some websites specifically for roommate searches, also most local newpapers have a section to advertise a room for rent. I'd be careful of craiglist, too many weirdos.
