OP I think for the most part, the people I have met off the net look pretty close to their pictures. I have only met 3 people off this site. One I have known for years so he doesn't count. One has left she was only here for a short time.

For me, after I met a gentlemen down in ketchikan a while back, he was at least 45 pounds heavier than his picture, somewhere in the short time we had been talking he lost ALL his hair, forgot what a shower was..Get the picture. After this event I always ask to webcam at least once before the meet. That way they can see I am me, and I can see they are they...I mean why bother being something you aren't, I know for me if a person can lie to me over something so small as to what they look like what else can they lie to me about.

My latest pictures were taken in August of 09 so I think that is pretty current. The only adjusting I have done was downsize them.. No touch ups for me...

I had a guy tell me he lied because if he had told the truth about what he looked like (and how old he was, and about being married) then I wouldn't have talked to him. And he was right. However, once I found out who he was I stopped talking to him anyway, so he just wasted both our time for nothing.

That's funny. A couple of different people have asked me to webcam, but they also asked for my credit card no. for "age verification." I know how old I am, so I never comply.

Sorry, you have to be 22, dressed in your underwear and so instantly in love with a decrepit guy old enough to be your father that you are willing to strip for him online. I believe them buy my mother warned me against giving personal information online.

In all seriousness, my main pic depends on my mood at the time. However, if a man takes the time to actually look at my profile he'll find a up to date pic of me there. I do my best to post a new one at least every few months as my looks don't fluctuate that darn often.

I didn't mean it to be funny... I have never been asked personal info nor do I ask personal info.. I even set up a live email account with one of my user's name way way back. To keep some privacy.. I have had quite good luck with the webcam. I got turned on to it via grandkids...
