I once thought that I knew what 'nice' was. I feel like I am becoming more of an a$$ with each passing day, but maybe I am just tired. Lately I find myself having to deal with the other person's insecurities in relationships and it's draining the hell out of me. I have spent a great deal of time alone (single) in the past doing soulsearching etc, making sure any emotional or mental baggage I had was gone out of respect for a future relationship. It would be wonderful to find the same. Recently, I was in a relationship where the lady said she knows that I would treat her kids right (is that a nice guy?) Later she said that I'm playing it safe because I'm not committing to any responsibility (hmmm maybe that would just make me a dumba$$). A smart lady said some very wise things in this thread. I'd advise folks to stop wondering why others don't see how wonderful you are and start focusing on being a better you so that hopefully when that really great person comes into your life, it does'nt get screwed up because of insecurity and baggage. peace

i like my guys to be evil and crazy and egotistical like me but with a soft side.i dated a guy like that he was perfect except he was a whore.and i was too good for him!
