I called the bondsman, told them Im coming down there, they told me I have to pay the $180.00 in person and they will reinstate the court case, guess the warrant stays until Im seen by the judge, they also told me to go through them to avoid being booked, either way I wont have to wonder whats gonna happen anymore

They want u to do that so they can be assured they get their money. I'm gonna say as a former deputy most likely u'll have to go thru gettin booked but the bail bonds man is gonna reinstate ur bond for u so u won't be at the 'big house' for very long. Let us know how it all turns out. Good luckflowerforyou

waving I made it back to vegas around 7:00 am this morning, served 5 days in el paso county, no fines no probation and my failure to appear was taken away because I self surrendered:thumbsup: . It was relieveing. The judge sentenced me to 5 days on my 5th day so i got out that night, friday, my birthday. I was able to save the money i would have used for fines so I stayed in a hotel and tried Chicos Tacos and Whataburger both for the first time:banana: great fooddrool

I no longer smoke weed, have been cannabis free for 8 months, If I ever take cannabis again it will be by extracting thc and incorporating it into soups, drinks, and oils to cook with. Lighting anything on fire and inhaling the smoke is pretty crazyslaphead

excellent video, reasons why ive stoped smoking. I used vaporizers a few times within the last couple years. Problem being I was at the time smoking a large amount of weed everyday and felt no effects of the vaporizer. After being clean for a while it should be a great experience to try it now. Too bad most people prefer smoking considering its bad for you, not as effective, and waste much of the cannabis. From what Ive read, smoking is the quickest way to feel effects, at a heavy cost. offtopic This sounds crazy, several different magazines and articles ive read on the net have stated that marijuana when digested is the strongest drug known. After enough consumption it becomes increasingly strong and it will not result in a health hazard such as strong drugs like herion, lsd, cocaine, ecstasy, etc. Eventually getting to the point with old strains such as haze, skunk, or white widow that you can hallucinantshocked and become unable to move, lose of sense of time, or compareable to the death drug heroin instantly pass out for a long timespock .

dang, after returning back home I discovered a first time criminal could and most likely qualifies for a deferred judgement. I was unaware of this option, all I had to do was speak with the judge about my future in college athletics and more than likely he would have entered my guilty plea. A work packet and 1yr probation would be issued. Upon completion of the work packet, no misdemeanors, or felonies during my probation I would have been randomly drug tested. When the year and packet have been completed, my guilty plea would be dropped and the case dismissedslaphead . Does anyone know since Ive already been sentenced and served 5days in jail if this would still be at all possiblewhat
