He is a vampire for crying out loud! But millions and counting wants him and puts him into the pedestal. I don't have anything against Edward Cullen or Robert Pattinson or the Twilight Saga books for that matter ( i love Robert Pattinson) lol! ) But the guy in the story is far from Mr. Perfect and all and still we fell in love with him?
What are your thoughts about this? |

It isnt just girls and women. When I love someone, I go into a relationship 100%, and it has come back to bite me in the ***, and not the fun way. I give my woman everything i have and when it falls apert Im usaully the one thats hurting more

I loved the books but certainly didn't fall in love with any of the characters. I don't even like Rpats as Edward.... he's really not that good looking

I'm a try to actually answer your question from a guys perspective, yeah he may have been far from perfect, but at the same time everything he did was for bella it may not have made sense to her or have even been easy for her (ie new moon him going to italy and planning to get himself killed) but at the end of the day what person doesn't want a partner that loves so deepley and truly that they would do whatever it takes to protect the other person????

I don't know that I fall in love with the characters of a book, but I do enjoy a book that gets me emotionally involved. That's what a book is supposed to do. Be it the Twilight series, Kenyons Dark-Hunter series, Feehan's Carpathian series, or any other book for that matter. It's that fantasy of it. That's why romances are so popular with women. The vast majority know it's not real, but it sure would be nice!

It's all about becomin emotional involved with the characters in the book or the movie. For some Edward draws them in, for others someone different.

ah thank you. is this a tv show? from other posts i can see its a book too? It's a series of books that have been made into 2 movies so far, they've become a 'tween' phenom, but adults also like em. I really enjoyed the books, the first movie was purty good, thinkin the 2nd is gonna be better |

ah thank you. is this a tv show? from other posts i can see its a book too? It's a series of books that have been made into 2 movies so far, they've become a 'tween' phenom, but adults also like em. I really enjoyed the books, the first movie was purty good, thinkin the 2nd is gonna be better I rented the movie first and enjoyed it. Broke down and bought all the books Tuesday and finished the last one tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed them all! Can't wait to see New Moon. |
