Hello Mystress!
I am not that well educated in drinks. But, it sounds interesting. |
Unfortunately I am probably over educated in alcohol as I managed a large Liquor store for sometime, including one of Calgary's Lagest show stores, so I have tried somethings that others may have not had the opportunity, I became quite a fan of a few select wines which was surprising to me as I didn't think I even liked wine, the issue was I did not know enough about wine to get what I was looking for, What an education! I loved educating new staff and customers alike, because I believe people should like the alcohol they drink not just tolerate it because they can't find what they like. Anyway thanks to my career I could go on about liquor for days and give a whole education on types, varietals, styles, matures , single double and triple malts...etc etc etc. Sy told ya I could go on about it. The funny thing is I don't drink often but when I do I prefer to like what I ingest lol.

I see, yes, that could be a hazzard of your job. I don't even have a preschoolers education in that field. I do enjoy micro brews on payday. But,I tend to stay away from most hard alcohols. I tend to lose control while drinking them. 9 feet tall and bullet proof, hurts now at my age....

Micro brewers are good for trying something new and local...I enjoy a good brew as well. I am prone to drinking molson dry though because it does not leave that heavy film in your mouth for the next morning. If I prefer something heavy I like rickards white, flavoured I like wraspberry, and for something light I like sleemans 20th anniversary. i prefer in a bottle though because I dislike the tin/metallic taste they leave.
