A sky cast over gloom, a semi darkened room.

Floating in your head, laying in your bed.

Melody playing from speakers, looking at your sneakers.

Melancoly ways...


Memories of them, travel your brain stem.

Gazing a photo graph, something made you laugh.

Voices you are hearing, may cause some tearing.

Melancoly ways...


Someone done that, they were such a brat.

You don't feel so spiffy, something kinda iffy.

Whatever could it mean, ya need a new scene .

You read an old letter, wear an old sweater.

Sit in a chair, under your breath swear.

Around the room you look, just got done reading a book.

Melancoly way...


You get on the computor, your fingers feel like pewter.

Eyes kind of fuzzy, can't read the latest buzzy.

Yawn off the sleeps, have'nt heard from any peeps.

Awwww I'm not sad, just doing a melancoly write.

Tried writting dark, but I guess this is as close as I get
