For those that know me, ya'll know I spell the way I speak. If somebody's got issue with it, I could give a rat's patouty.   My spellin ain't a reflection of my edumation but yet my personality. 
Ifin u don't like the way I spell either get over it or ignore ma posts.

What amazes me are those that seem to make such a big deal on spelling. The way I see it if it bothers you then ignore them. No reason to focus on a few misspelled words it does happen.......  
but, but, but.... when they are all pompous and arrogant and i get a chance to strike at a misspelled/misused word, i just gotta pounce! otherwise, you're right - i just skim over their post and ignore it. Hey now if they are being arrogant then it's balls to the wall and back at them hehehehe

C'mon folks. Spelling is everyones friend. At least it gives my something to laugh about. Some chap who checked my profile was looking for "laddies". Shakes head. "gives my something to laugh about" Ummm, did you mean me?
*SNORT* I thought I was the only one who caught her little "typo"! How classic!
I can be very forgiving of one's misspelling and grammatical errors...as I truly am severely dyslexic. While I manage it quite well, it most assuredly is a struggle for me. It is quite shocking and very sad to hear the statistics of how many people are illiterate in our country, regardless of their educational background. If someone's inability to communicate effectively with you via the written word bothers you that greatly, I highly suggest you do what I have done numerous times in the past - volunteer your time at your local Literacy Program. The only thing I am NOT forgiving of is pure laziness when it comes to the written word - i.e., "text speech"..."u" for "you", "wuz" for "was", "ur" for "your", etc. THAT drives me BONKERS!!!

I just like to make fun of people
and typos and misspellings are just an excuse to good naturedly poke at somebody but when they come in typing gibberish that is incomprehensible... there should at least be a minimum required literacy level for interacting with strangers socially |
