My leg cramp reference was towards some females over 50 during sex, but how can leg cramps caused from lack of nutrition? Some of the youngest athletes and world record holders pulled out of races due to leg cramp spasm????? I'm 50 and I don't know any women over 50 that get leg cramps during sex. I do know some men over 50 that do though. I don't understand why they are getting them during sex and only sex. Is it lack of exercise? Btw, in my field, when a patient has leg cramps, we have stopped them from doing their rehab and fed them a banana. Winx - speak for yourself. there are times when a woman legs are held/locked in a desired sexual position for a long period and her moans/groans of pain from leg fatigue can sometimes mistaken for the sounds of erotism. |

WEll I have lots of leg cramps and I've been tested for a lot of things and everything is normal... why? |

Don't know where you heard that, but passion doesn't just die as we get older. We just know what it takes to have a fulfilling sexual relationship and won't settle for less. One of the beauties of getting older. Having the confidence in communicating your needs.
