I confess I hate just sitting in the house with nothing to do.. it makes me sit here and think about things that I don't wanna think about anymore...   ..like what if's ive even completely spaced out sometimes i hate it .what has helped me is keeping busy find something u like to do....i dance around the house and sing as loudly as i can lol...i think the neighbours think im nuts hehehe ...um i just started to go to the gym and it has helped me to keep level headed....everyone is diferant  .
Good outlet, I should try something like that. I was telling someone last night how I keep obsessing about the past, and how it only hurts me. Glad you're doing something positive about it.

I got no problem getting these contacts in...but getting them out is a total pain in the azz 
Are they soft lenses? Years ago, I tried getting colored lenses and it was horrible trying to get them out so I went back to gas permeable when I still wore them. I was so traumatized when I couldn't get them off, I was like, "my eye! my eye!"

I confess that Im frustrated with everyone I work with. They're all upset with me cause I called out for 2 days cause I have strep.... I mean if they really want me to get them all sick I'll go lick all their faces buttheads
