I had a friend whose one eye was a glass eye
We used to go out drinking and we used to joke with his beer. As he would turn his eye away someone would put expandable spongy type toy which expands to look like a worm
One day I was going to go to the toilet and I said to him keep an eye on my drink I will be back shortly He said very calmly "I will" and pulled his glass eye and dropped it in my pint.
