Now this is just plain ridiculous Miley Cyrus is coming here and the CHEAPEST ticket is $392.00 for ONE ticket, up to $1211.00 each. Now WHAT parent in their RIGHT mind would pay for THAT kind of ticket? And in Des Moines of all places...half the damn town is unemployed!!!!!.
