Yeah, I'm down. Thank you kindly for the invite. I'm honored. I am very much interested and intrigued to see how this turns out. That's quite an imagination you possess.
Let's see....the guidelines: Photo: My main photo (the unibrow guy) is not me. The last photo in my collection is me. My face is half blacked out, but the right half looks pretty much just like the left half. Or it could be cool to have a half mask down one side of my face. Or I can put up a clear photo of myself if you wish. Creature/Race: Looks like Wizard is not an option, so I will go with a Wild Elf. They look like the fast, agile type that can sweep through the gargantuan trees of the enchanted forests as quickly and silently as a breeze. And to be one with nature would be a great aspect of my character. What do I like about fantasy/fiction?: Well, lots of things. For one thing, the world in which we live is not the beautiful place it used to be, nor is it a planet of endless possibilities of landscapes. Sure, it is still a beautiful planet in many places, but a fantasy world has so many geographic possibilities I'm sure I do not have to explain to the people of this realm in detail. And about the people - there are so many different races and creatures that interact with methods and reason and language that humans do not. Makes for very distinctive character interaction outside the typical humanistic qualities we see on a day to day basis. As for myself, in my fantasy experience, I can venture to any one of these various lands from the volcanic wastelands, to the shores of the vast seas, to the enchanted forests where I'd likely spend most of my time as a wild elf. It's a great way to get away from an otherwise blah life. What is my favorite swords and sorcery type movie? Hmmm...not gonna be very creative on this one...I reckon the Lord of the Rings trilogy. They did an excellent job of creating the mystical lands and creatures aforementioned. What's my favorite fantasy novel? I couldn't pick a favorite single book, but I liked reading the Terry Pratchett Discworld series. He did a good job of providing visuals and threw in a good bit of comedy. What's my favorite fantasy computer game? Do X-Box and PS3 count as computer games? There is none higher than the Elder Scrolls series. Those games, Morrowind and especially Oblivion, are the two most addictive games I've ever played. What's my birthdate? August 13th 1980, some time in the 3 o' clock hour. But you already did my reading here: http://mingle2.com/topic/show/233815 And I thank you kindly once again for that. I have it and all my other things saved. They were most excellent. What is my favorite Holiday? Damn, that's the toughest question so far. Um...probably Halloween. It's got some neat meanings behind it and I like the idea of my spirit going home to be fed. I'm also interested in the supernatural; and many forms of it are represented on this day. Plus it's a day on which people dress up and express creativity in the creation of their characters for the night. What would be my desired 15th century persona? For the choices provided and lack of any others coming to mind, I'm going to go with Sunny on this one and say an assassin. I like the thought of being fast, silent and stealthy. If clairvoyance is an option, I'll take being a seer - one who can tap into peoples' thoughts or see their visions by touching an artifact of theirs. Maybe using that to track people down to rescue or kill them, whether you choose to make me good or evil, or even give me that ability at all. Where can you find me? I will send you that information via Mingle mail. Or if I get the clairvoyance, I can try and send it to you telepathically. Alrighty then. I hope that's a good enough descriptor for ya, and hopefully doesn't come off as being greedy and wishing for too much of an all powerful character. And once more, I thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your magazine and look forward to seeing an issue. I wish you the best in this creation. Have you come up with a name for this magazine? |

Wow what a great write. Brilliant. I have you down in the first issue for the magazine. Great work I don't have a name yet for the magazine, but I was thinking of 'The Green Dragon's Tavern' since it is about sharing stories, history, games, riddles, etc. etc. and I had a rpg game going for over 2 years here on Mingle2 that entertained alot of people. Everyone would hang out in the "Green Dragon's Tavern". I do agree that Morrowwind and Oblivion are some fantastic games to enjoy! My favorites also. I just recently bought Fable 2 and I like this game also very much. |

You ever watch Doctor Who, Smiless? I rarely get a chance to watch what I want! Most of the time I watch scooby doo, barbie, cartoon network, winnie the pooh, and so forth with my daughter I urge to watch fantasy movies again though. I have still so many unpacked from their dvd cases! I wrote down the Dr.Who on the list of movies to watch though. lol I remember Dr. Strange though. I think he is cool |

I just wanted to say that the "Fantasy zodiac reading" has nothing to do with the Roman or Greek Zodiac readings I did here on Mingle2. These fantasy readings are seperate from the real world. It is more of a reading from the fantasy world I created with my novels. It is for entertainment purposes for each person who is interested in getting their picture in the magazine.
