Sometimes it's not the 'love and romance' we miss but the companionship.

I agree, habbit...been there done that myself...Its just like that pair of sweats with the hole in the crotch...we keep wearin um...even though we know we should just trash um...and if we get the nerve to trash um we miss the hell out of them.

Because you are ready to have a relationship and it is easier to latch on to someone you know wants you than make yourself available to someone who might reject you.

Do Him and yourself a favor and don't waste time and emotion on something you have already concluded is done. If you parted on basiclly civil terms it is unlikely to be the same story if you jerk him around a second time.

One thing you do NOT want is a reputation as being a man-eater. It is a lot smaller world than you might think and your reputation can precede you. You would hate to miss the one you want being with the one you don't.
