Topic: If you eat too much grease | |

Try taking your fingers out of your nose. Good point, a serious thread needs a serious picture! You are right, cant do it now though. AS i am at work and its the middle of the night. |

Does sound a little like a panic attack. Stressed? Not really, except for the stress of the pains. I am keeping calm though, i know if i think too much about it a panic attack could set in. I have had a couple of those before. |

I would say it's from the food. But you may need to get a check up just to be on the safe side. Better to be safe than sorry. And other times it's based on your diet. If I'm out of shape (meaning not working out regularly), then I do get chest pains and heavy chested. Hope you feel better.

Unbuckle your pants so you can fart freely at any given time...

What the hell do you foriegners eat?
What, in the name of God..is a Samosa? and why the hell do you dip it in fat? Sounds like you might need to feed on something healthier...like deep fried pork rinds or fried snickers bars. |

Unbuckle your pants so you can fart freely at any given time... Yes! Perfect answer! |
|

Maybe try baked chicken NOT cooked in grease and a baked potato next time...

Then, don't eat greasy stuff.. it will solve your problem.

Maybe try baked chicken NOT cooked in grease and a baked potato next time... I work long hours, i normally just buy food on the way in. Indian food is the easiest and quickest for me to get hold of. But i know i cant keep on doing that. |

my mom is an e.r. doctor, asked her about your symptoms here is what she suggested...Go see your doctor right away (asap), get an EKG and then a cholesterol check. Think and remember any family history of heart problems as you will be asked.
also she said because you ate such fatty food... You stomach can give you a false reading for chest pain, it could be and she bets it's probably indigestion but, get it checked. hope this helps...feel better soon |

It was mentioned earlier it could be coming from my stomach. Thats not where i feel the pain, but its possible thats where it is coming from. |

keep a phone handy right next to you in case it gets worse.

I wish I had a nickle for every time someone told me they thought they "Felt Funny" and ignored their symptoms until they were in serious trouble medically. Rehab is a drag. Avoid it at all costs even if it means a minor doctor bill for preventive maintenance.
You don't always feel that God aweful when you are having heart problems. You don't seem the type to be that anxious; class clown yes, but intuition might be more the venue of the love of your life so I don't know if I would risk leaving her behind. You may not be having a major heart attack but your body is trying to tell you something and you might want to go see a doctor and have them check you out. You know what your risk behaviors are so no sense going through them. Good Luck. |

keep a phone handy right next to you in case it gets worse. Im at work i have several phones right here! There is a panic button as well if i get really desperate. And a colleague is due back at some stage. Not that i seriously think anything is going to happen. |

If you start having pain or numbness in your left arm on top of the heaviness in your chest, you need to seek medical attention immediately. Same goes for pain in your jaw and neck.
