A couple has a son who is just a head. No body at all. When the boy is about 17, the couple takes a vaction while leaving him home with a caretaker.

While on vacation the parents meet a doctor who can grow their son a body from a simple tissue sample. The parents are estactic. Their only child will finally be able to have a normal life.

They cancel their vacation and fly home that very day to tell him the good news.

"Son! Son! we have something wonderful to tell you!"

The boy replies: "oh no, not another hat...."
