Billy, I always
go out walkin' After midnight Out in the moonlight Just like we used to do I'm always walkin' After midnight searching for you I walk for miles Along the highway Well that's just my way of saying I love you I'm always walkin' After midnight Searching for you I stopped to see a weeping willow Cryin' on his pillow Maybe he's crying for me And as the skies turn gloomy Night winds whisper to me I'm lonesome as I can be I go out walkin' After midnight Out in the starlight Just hoping you may be Somewhere walkin' After midnight Searching for me I stopped to see a weeping willow Crying on his pillow Maybe he's crying for me And as the skies turn gloomy Night winds whisper to me I'm lonesome as I can be I'm out walkin' After midnight Out in the starlight Just hoping you may be Somewhere walkin' After midnight Searching for me |

OR...
I keep a close watch on this heart of mine. I keep my eyes wide open all the time. I keep the ends out for the tie that binds. Because youre mine, I walk the line. Mm-mm-mm-mm I find it very, very easy to be true. I find myself alone when each day is through. Yes, Ill admit that Im a fool for you. Because youre mine, I walk the line. Mm-mm-mm-mm As sure as night is dark and day is light, I keep you on my mind both day and night. And happiness Ive known proves that its right. Because youre mine, I walk the line. Mm-mm-mm-mm Youve got a way to keep me on your side. You give me cause for love that I cant hide. For you, I know Id even try to turn the tide. Because youre mine, I walk the line. Mm-mm-mm-mm I keep a close watch on this heart of mine. I keep my eyes wide open all the time. I keep the ends out for the tie that binds. Because youre mine, I walk the line. |

Billy,
If you're going to walk be cool about it. Don't be one of those with the terrycloth headband and a walkman going, carrying little dumb bells, butt protruding out, and stretching at all the traffic lights. Oh, and a heartbeat counter or something strapped to your leg or arm. |
