I Done,been done,get most of this crap,working with Men on the line,cook's work line!
I hear this crap everyday! I deal with,cause i'm strong at mind. But also have to deal with the new comers,an they don't understand the lingo,so i have to set myself apart,being the only female on the main line,i hear more crap then you will ever understand,but at the sametime i keep my composers,do i ever what to be management staff,from which the corperation i work for...That would be a NO. I like management staff,i'm just the person that covers all other staff,i'm the one who controls,an i just report back!!! Simple life

Cleavage pictures: Why? We like them.
Yeah, but I've noticed a tendency for a lot of those same women to subsequently post complaints when guys e-mail them about their cleavage pics....! Uh, you sort of brought it on yourself, ya know....? As I'm not a cleavage guy, those pics just don't interest me at all....

That's like saying: Cat pictures: Why? Guy holding up dead fish pictures: Why? Cleavage pictures: Why? Pictures of more than one person, and they never tell you which one is actually on the site: Why? There was a time, awhile back, when about 67% of all the women on the site were using a picture of lips as their main pic: Why? Some things there are just no answers for. People are going to post all kinds of pics. I just figure they like that particular pic. I don't really have to understand it. Right up there with posing on motorcycles, on a webcam with a yet to be stuffed dead animal in the background, a wedding pic, and of course the ever popular finger up your nose pic.

well eileena this is the issue with that picture if you posted it so everyone was standing properly you would have stretched the format and part of the screen would go black and hide to much type so good job for posting that picture properly
