It's not as though it can't be simply fixed. Is it laziness? My impression, when I see one like that, is that it's usually that way intentionally. I get the sense that most have not figured out it can be changed.... Or am I underestimating my fellow humans? Yep! Never assume that most people know know how to accomplish basic computer functions.
