You go girl we talked about this the other day in e-mail and told you the tricks I used.
This Jan will be 7 years for me and yeah I quit Cold Turkey to me it is the best way to go. The first 4 weeks are the hardest but once you accomplish that it gets easier and easier. Just keep yourself busy when you are craving that cig so bad that you think you can't take it do house work or yard work to get past that time.
