does it delete the e-mail out of their box too?(i hope) i sent an e-mail i've had second thoughts about and the e-mail in question could cause me excess grief...is there a solution?

Think I'd like to know this too, though I suspect you'll need to start working on damage control.

Re-read your emails before you send. Pretty certain that once its gone there's no way to get it back.

if you delete emails from your in box or sent messages...it doesn't effect other people's. if you sent a message and it went through...even if you delete it on your end...it does not delete on theirs. they would have to delete the message on their end

there is no way to recall or get back messages already sent

flowers?

not sure, but most probably if it is unread I would believe it would also be deleted from their inbox as well.

i figured as much. i think it's repairable, fo they are not shallow, they are understanding and we have good communication so far....so i think it can be talked out. just an insecurity of mine...

Nope, once you send it...it's sent, the one you see on the sent emails page is just a copy.

No, it only deletes the mail from your sent folder. Once you send mail, it is in the persons in box.

I think everyone has those moments or days. If you're in an emotional state probably best to wait till you're cooled off before emailing. At any rate I probably wouldn't want to be friends with someone who can't be understanding or at least be willing to give a person a second chance, then again I don't know what you sent the person.
