Well.... is she right? No I am way over the hurt for that one, It was a hurt caused by her cheating and me leaving, the cheating hurt but the knowledge that it happened at all made the hurt more like uncaring sympathy for her.

Why did your GF think you weren't healed? Are you suspicious? Did you talk about the ex? There must be a reason.

This was a great post, but the reason I even asked is that my latest hurt came because she does not believe I'm over the previous hurt, thus she left and said I need to heal. I thought I was and now I'm not again. If you are so easily swayed, then maybe you are not over your previous relationship. Swayed how? I told her I loved her and she won't accept I'm done with the other situation.

Well...That is an issue she will have to deal with. Love her anyway and trust her reasons. But, keep searching and giving. It all will be returned to you by that special person.

Just think about other women that you want to be with and not your ex's. Works pretty good for me.

I think im DONE with the "dating" thing!!!! Tired of all the HURT!!!! I think the "one nighters" might work better!!!! I hightly doubt theres ANYONE out there, that will be able to come close to my heart EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

I know what it is to hurt. I remember feeling like I had lost half of myself. But I found other things to occupy my time and that feeling gradually faded away

I guess it helps that I never had any permanent ties to any of my ex's and I made a clean break. I never see any of them.

It takes TOO LONG to go on, to be truly HAPPY, when youve TRULY LOVED SOMEONE!!!!!!!
