I believe there are soul mates out there for some people and partners for some people. But I don't think there are partners for everybody. Some people don't have "the looks" people are looking for, don't fit into the right crowd, don't have enough money, aren't smart enough -- if someone is looking to find fault with you, they will find plenty of faults/flaws. Some people have been hurt very deeply and have trust issues, afraid of being hurt again - doesn't mean they don't want a partner, just the fear gets in the way. My 2 cents anyway. 
 I should have known........a confirmed bachelor!!! 
Sorry to hear that Gyps -- my ex was a confirmed drunk, he was impossible to live with for many reasons too.

And I'm all about making friends of all ages from all walks of life, so it's all good.

Or is that simply a line we feed to ourselves and others to make people feel better, give them false sense of hope? Is it just as likely some are condemned to live a life alone either by themselves or a higher power as some sort of punishment for past actions? I am on the fence on this one. I suppose a sense of hope, even a false one, is better than no hope at all. There is someone for everyone, it may not be romantic love, but it falls in the form of, friends and family. |

I believe there are many for someone, and in life, we have many soulmates. I beleieve that if we put good out into the universe, we will get good back, mixed with the reality of bad that happens, which is there to strengnthen us. I also believe that magnetisim brings us closer to other harmonius vibes, and when one is harmonius, they attract the same, (also in a partner). When the time is right, we gravitate toward someone more harmonius for us. I believe in a spiritual joining occours between two people if the powers that be allow, and how we stay together, is purely in attitude up to us, unless the powers that be do not see fit at any point in time. I also believe that nothing changes, if nothing changes. Wise words.... |
