Does it bother you when you are looking to get some cherries or grapes at the supermarket and you notice someone sticking their hands into several different bags sampling the taste of the item in question?

And thats just what you see, Mitch.
Imagine all the hands and crap that gets over them when you aren't looking. When i see a bowl of peanuts on the bar in a pub, i like to inform people the fact that on average 12 people have put their hands in there after going to the toilet and not washing their hands. I then take a loads and say 'and now its 13!' |

I think about that when you go to a nice restuarant and they have a bowl of those candy mints with a spoon in it to use....how many people actually use that spoon or do they just grap a couple of mints?

no offense but this is why I wash all my fruit before eating it or using it for anything |

I must admit I do fondle the melons. It is the only way to be certain they are ripe.... However, they do have a thick skin that is not eaten. |

I took a food safety course for my job and let me tell you....it certainly opened my eyes to many things.....I am very picky now....my hands should look like raisins all the time, I am constantly washing them |

I watched a few of those hidden camera shows setup at restaurants and food manufacturing plants and well yeah, um scared to eat sometimes...
