Hey some you might remember when you could buy a decent hamburger and who had the best ones I don't mean the old chains such as Princess or A@W Stands,even though they had good burgers I remember as a kid the best burgers were found in what we use to call the beer joints some of you may have called these places ice house or even honky tonks,they were usually sold cheap but man were they good,can't hardly find a good old fashioned hamburger anymore,some try but just don't quite get it right.

The best burgers around here are in a little hole in the wall located in Conroe Tx called Burgerboy,about 7 bucks for a large burger lots of fries and a drink

My idea of a good burger,first toast bun with a little butter,chop and grill th onions,sesame seed buns are the best,use good beef maybe Angus,fresh lettuce juicy tomato mustard,regular mustard that is,sharp cheddar cheese,don't want to many sauces covers taste of meat,good beef should never be covered up in sauces,for fries best are home fries or steak fries.

Best I ever had out was a place called "char hut" in Miami, But the best burgers other than that I have to say I have done at home on the grill.
Oh, there used to be this creepy lookin hamburger stand off of Abram st. in Arlington Tx. I tried it once, and they were to die for.. all dripping, and juicy, and greesy with this awesome cheddar. mmmmmmmmmmm Fat city. |

I think I know that place,use to live in Dallas area,they were fairly cheap,had a special that was real good,just kind of like a stand with a few seats inside of it,great burgers,big and juicy.

Chain fast food places...Carls Jr by far makes the best burgers. Got to love a place that has meat as a condiment!
