It just fascinates me. I know a guy who works in a store where they sell various animal foods, and he was telling me about an error he found on the packaging of one product for horses; it said the product "contains all the essential vitamins and minerals for thier special needs."

I know most horses are dyslexic, but really....

Yeah,it's funny how the pronouncition of words vary from one area to another.
I still have a problem with it.

it took me awhile too - probably something about reading too fast.

i've been applying for some jobs at a board of education and there was a letter missing from one of the words on the standard online application form.

i was thinking about adding that tidbit into my cover letter wondering if it was on purpose to weed out the qualified proof readers.

I remember some years back when Joe Carter of the Blue Jays was playing at the All-Star Game and his jersey had TORNOTO on it, which must have srpirsed a few people in Canada.

hmmm, i don't remember that. but i DO remember them raising the canadian flag upside down at the atlanta olympics. ohwell
